Pamela Anderson in “Baywatch”

Is Pamela Anderson the hottest woman on the planet? We’ve spent hours pondering this issue — it’s our job. It’s such a subjective question. But, if you’re really into the bleached blonde, fake-rack, slutty look, Pam has to be your favorite! All of our thanks go out to Hugh Hefner for discovering the blonde beauty too, and she is just one of the many beautiful women he has introduced to the world over the past 50 years. Pam made her Playboy debut in 1989 and has graced the cover a record five times! Call us crazy, but as great as Pam looked in her Baywatch prime, she looked even better in those early Playboy shoots before she overloaded on the bleach and silicone. If you haven’t seen those early shoots, you can search for them on the web.

After gracing the pages of the esteemed men’s magazine during the early 90’s, Pam pumped up the breasts and squeezed her sexy body into a tight red bathing suit for the lifeguard drama “Baywatch” before trying to go solo as a legit actress. “Baywatch” showed Pam at the top of her game though, and after a bumpy marriage to former Motley Crue rocker Tommy Lee and a mediocre TV series, Pam disappeared from the limelight. At one point, Pam downsized her money-makers, but then she went back to the huge ones.

As the years go by, it’s harder to put Pam up there as one of the hottest celebs, but there are plnety of photos and videos out there of her in her prime for you to enjoy! We’ve added some of them below.

Iconic Character – C.J. Parker on “Baywatch”

For many fans, Pam’s role as C.J. on “Baywatch” will always be a favorite. We highlihgted this character in our “TV Girlfriends” feature in the “Totally Out Of Our League” catagory. Here’s what we said about the character:

“No one has ever made almost drowning seem more appealing than C.J. Parker, the walking lifejacket who patrolled the beaches of L.A. County for five glorious, jiggular years in the ‘90s. Though C.J. had a tendency to run in slow motion, thus potentially further endangering the lives of the swimmers she was supposed to be rescuing from a watery grave, no one seemed to mind much; in fact, despite a steady influx of scantily clad bombshells, the L.A County Lifeguards were never quite the same after she departed for greener (or sandier?) pastures in 1997, just in time to escape the leathery, liquor-scented paws of the lecherous Mitch Buchannon. Thankfully, when last we saw C.J. in 2003, she was every bit as lovely – and just as much of a New Age dingbat – as ever. She may have traded her swimsuit and mouth-to-mouth obligations for ownership of a Hawaiian bar and grill, but like the best waterfront property, C.J.’s assets never seem to depreciate; something tells us that even after all this time, she could rock the red spandex and little rescue board just as convincingly as ever. Long may you “run,” Miss Parker – you can wade into our surf anytime.”

Pamela Anderson on the Screen

Is Pamela Anderson a great actress? Who cares! We’re too busy staring at her rack. Let’s just say that the “Baywatch” casting director was a genius. Actually, she got her start in television playing Lisa, the Tool Time Girl on “Home Improvement.” After playing C.J. Parker for five years on “Baywatch,” she made her film debut in “Barb Wire” in 1996. We didn’t bother reviewing it because it didn’t exactly tear it up at the box office. We can only assume that it sucked, especially since she hasn’t made a movie since. In 1998 Pam moved on to her own syndicated series, “V.I.P.” She doesn’t wear bikinis as much as she did in “Baywatch,” but the show isn’t too bad. As an actress she may not be Meryl Streep, but she has a pretty cool personality that comes across on screen. Pam had certainly had some very sexy roles with nudity over the years, and you can see more now at MrSkin.com.

Unfortunately for Pam, her most famous film moments have her doing her best porn star imitation with her sleazy ex-husband, Tommy Lee. Every pimple-faced kid on the planet saw that video. In our professional opinion, the production quality of the video was mediocre, but we give Pam’s performance an A+. Incidentally, Pam and Tommy were awarded $740,000 each in the settlement of their court battle against the Internet porn company that sold the sex tape. Her work includes a short cameo in “Scary Movie 3” and voice work for the Stan Lee-created superhero “Stripperella” on Spike TV.
