Bullz-Eye.com was thrilled when we were invited to join a bunch of swimsuit models and Playboy Playmates to cover the 2009 Racey Girl International Swimsuit and Lingerie Model Search Finals in the beautiful Bahamas. The event was produced by PlayerXT and took place from March 15th through the 18th at the amazing Wyndham Nassau Resort & Crystal Palace Casino. Publisher Gerardo Orlando participated as one of the judges, and he was joined by senior photographer Paul Miller as Bullz-Eye was given the opportunity to photograph many of the beautiful models who participated in the event.
Playboy Playmates Tyran Richard (Miss March 2007) and Shallan Meiers (Miss September 2002) emceed the event, and Playmates Sandra Hubby (Miss March 2004) and Stephanie Heinrich (Miss October 2001) also served as judges. Dancing and singing sensations Cori and Kristin Veselka entertained the crowd with high-energy song and dance routines. We were able to get a great shoot of the Veselka Twins that will be featured soon on Bullz-Eye.
In the lingerie portion of the competition, the top four models, including overall winner Myste Nicole, each won a paid photo shoot with Bullz-Eye.com. (See Myste's Featured Model shoot here!) As the winner off the Racey Girl competition, Myste will receive a $5,000 modeling contract and travel with PlayerXT to Atlantic City, Costa Rica, South America, Mexico City and Jamaica, before returning to the Bahamas on October 8 - 12, 2009 for the grand reopening of the Wyndham Nassau Resort and Crystal Palace Casino.
Check back often in the coming months as we feature each of these sexy models in our Featured Model section.
The event was sponsored by Moda Star Swimwear and Shirley of Hollywood Lingerie. Moda Star provided all the swimwear for the event, along with prizes for the winners of the swimwear portion of the competition. The winners of the swimsuit competition were Adrean Butler, 1st place; Martha Gonzales, 2nd Place; and Jazmin Siguenza, 3rd place. As the swimwear winner, Adrean will appear on the cover of Moda Star Magazine.
As part of the weekend, all the models and judges were invited to the amazing NYGÅRD Cay for a welcoming party the evening before the competition, and the gang spent all day Sunday enjoying this incredible resort, which provided striking backdrops as the models were photographed by Bullz-Eye.com and other prominent photographers. Guests at this luxurious Mayan-themed masterpiece were able to enjoy all sorts of amenities and activities, from volleyball to jet skis to the in-house disco. The resort was designed and built by fashion mogul Peter Nygård, founder & chairman of North America's leading fashion house, NYGÅRD International. Bullz-Eye had the privilege to interview Mr. Nygård about his business empire, his incredible resort, his philosophies for success and more.
The Original Racey Girl, Maya Rochelle, also participated as a judge in the event, and Bullz-Eye took the opportunity to work in an amazing photo shoot with Maya. Check back for the full shoot. Maya is the star of a new television pilot Maya Uncovered, which was partially shot during this event at NYGÅRD Cay.
The entire weekend was amazing. The tropical beauty of The Bahamas was matched by the beauty of the contestants in the Racey Girl event and the hospitality of everyone involved in hosting the event. Special thanks to Roy Hahn and his partner Curt Holstein for inviting Bullz-Eye and coordinating a memorable weekend.
